The serene premises of Buntara Bhavan resonated with positive energy and collective spirit on the occasion of International Yoga Day. Pune Bunts Sangha successfully organized a grand yoga session that saw an overwhelming and enthusiastic participation from members across all zones – East, West, North, and South.

The event was a beautiful testament to our community’s commitment to health, wellness, and togetherness. From energetic youth to wise seniors, members of all age groups came together on their mats to embrace the ancient practice of yoga, reinforcing this year’s theme of Yoga for Self and Society.

    • The highlight of the morning was the expert guidance provided by our esteemed yoga instructor, Mrs. Pramila J Shetty. With her calming presence and deep knowledge, she led participants through a holistic session designed for all experience levels.

    • Mrs. Shetty expertly guided the gathering through:

    • Pranayama(Breathing exercises) to enhance vitality and focus.

    • A series of Asanas(Yoga postures) to improve flexibility and strength.

    • A concluding Meditation session to achieve mental clarity and inner peace.
