Notice is hereby given that the 29th ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING of the Bunts Sangha Pune (Regd.) will be held at the auditorium of Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School (formerly Karnataka High School). Dr. Ketkar Road, Erandavana, Pune - 4. On Sunday 11th October 2009.
AGENDA:
- To read and approve the minutes of the last Annual General Body Meeting held on 20th October 2008.
- To adopt the Income and expenditure Account and Balance Sheet as on 31.3.2009 duly audited.
- To appoint an Auditor for the year 2009-2010.
- To elect 21 manageing committee members for bunts sangha & 12 members for ladies wing for 2009-2012.
- To discuss any other item with the permission of the chair.
